Welcome to St Meva chalet, the ultimate destination for a comfortable and stylish holiday rental. Our property offers modern facilities that are thoughtfully furnished to provide you with the best amenities and comfort. Nestled in dunes situated in St Ives Bay, Hayle, Cornwall in an area of natural outstanding beauty. The area is managed by RSPB as it is known for attracting migrating birds such as curlews, little egrets, oyster catchers, teals and wigeons. A 7 minute walk from a stunning 3 mile long beach, the furthest being Godrevy with a view of Godrevy lighthouse. Shallow pools making it safe, perfect for water sports such as swimming, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. Local water sport schools available. Walk the Hayle and Towans trail covering 6.5 miles, starting and finishing at Hayle's outdoor swimming pool, It follows the coastal path from Hayle to Gwithian, returning along the beach.

St Meva, G17, Riviere Towans, Hayle, Cornwall, TR27 5AF
Check-in is after 4pm and Checkout is 10am.
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (this includes infants who count as 1 person)
NON SMOKING PROPERTY
Payment & deposit details
All bookings must be made by a person who is 21 years or more at the date of making the booking. 25% deposit is required and final payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. If the remaining balance is not paid at this point, the deposit will not be refunded.
We ask for £100 refundable damage/security deposit payable at time of full balance payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided the followin provisions are met:-
There is no damage to St Meva or its contents, including Linen, beyond normal wear and tear (please make us aware of any accidents or minor breakages so we can repair/replace a necessary).
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
We are not insured for Electric Vehicle Charging and have no facilities for this. Please do not attempt to charge an EV from St Meva.
You do not smoke or vape inside the property.
Open fires and barbecues are not allowed on the site. This is due to the dunes and grass around us, and the risk of wildfires.
For safety reasons, we do not allow the use of candles inside the property.
All rubbish is placed in the rubbish bin, prior to departure.
All personal effects are removed on departure.
The front door is locked on departure and the keys are left in the key safe.
You tell us any problems of deficiencies regarding the property or its contents within 24 hours. We will agree with you in good faith what action should be taken. Complaints will not be accepted after the end of the letting period.
Linen & Cleaning
Electricity, linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Please do not take any of the properties linen outside , bring your own beach towels to use outside.
Dog
Please notify us if you are hoping to bring your dog. We charge an extra £35 per week. We ask the following of dog owners:
That you place your own blankets on soft surfaces your dog is likely to jump up onto. Please bring your own bedding if your dog sleeps on the bed with you.
That you do not leave your dog unattended in the chalet.
That all dogs are kept under strict control/on a lead on the park itself.
Please bag up and dispose of all dog waste appropriately.
All dogs must be wormed and treated with the appropriate flea and tick deterrent prior to your arrival.
We assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
We do not be allow XL Bullys or any dogs that are banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act, this also includes cross breeds of any dangerous dogs.

Liability for personal injury and damage to property
We (the owners of St Meva) shall not be responsible for death or any personal injury suffered by the Guest or any invitees of the Guest save where such is directly attributable to any wilful or negligent Act on the part of us, the Owner or any servants or Agents of ours acting within the course of their authority.
We (the owners of St Meva) shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any damage to property or any consequential losses suffered by the Guest or the Guest invitees arising out of any negligent Act or omissions on the part of us or our servants or Agents acting within the scope of their authority. The Client must make his own insurance arrangements in respect of such matters.
Non availability
We (the owners of St Meva) are relieved of responsibility and liability in the event of the accommodation not being available owing to storm, fire or circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance we will offer a full refund.
